Ballroom & Latin American is a specialised style of dance, that we offer for both children and adults, for all ages and abilities.

Ballroom and Latin teaches children structure, discipline confidence and encourages them how to interact around others of a similar age and make friends. We have a range of classes which incorporates the traditional partner Ballroom & Latin style dancing as well as a new Solo Commercial style. These children’s classes are suitable for those children looking to take up a once a week hobby in a social, fun, safe environment, to those who are wanting to compete as either a Solo dancer or as a “teacher partner” competitor, at UKA regulated competitions. 

We also offer a range of classes for adults, from those who are Solo dancers who are looking to enjoy a fun energetic class, getting those steps in and learning a new routine or two. We also offer classes for couples who already have their own dance partner and wish to socially enjoy Sequence or come to enjoy a Ballroom Waltz or a Latin Cha Cha Cha. In our adults classes you will learn to dance like the stars on TV, and feel like a Strictly Superstar right here at LARK!
